Our representative, Mariko Magnan spoke at the seminar “Leadership and Engagement to promote deeper Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) – Global D&I Trends and Information Dissemination Capabilities for Japanese Companies to Improve”, organized by Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting G.K.

As one of the cutting-edge measures towards ‘individual activation’, the essence of D&I, Magnan introduced a corporate concierge service to support employees’ private lives. She also introduced the effects of the concierge service on internal and external recognition and engagement as a ‘D&I company’, which can be seen from the case studies of the concierge service.
