Mariko Magnan
Mariko Magnan
Mariko Magnan is the founder of TPO Inc., Japan’s first corporate concierge firm, launched in 2016. With a global reach, TPO supports professionals in managing work-life integration and serves employees at over 90 major corporations. Recognized for its impact on workplace equality, TPO has received awards from Nikkei, The Nippon Foundation, and Google for Startups.
Previously, Mariko spent 12 years in finance at Société Générale and Goldman Sachs. She advises on sustainability and gender equity as an external director at Saison Technology and contributes to global leadership development at UWC ISAK Japan. A mother of two, she has lived in New York, Tokyo, and Paris, shaping her global perspective. She holds a BA from Hitotsubashi University and an MS from HEC Paris.
