Our CEO Mariko attended the first meeting of the “Women Entrepreneurs for the Future” held on October 21, 2019 at the Vice Minister’s Office of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. She and three other women entrepreneurs exchanged opinions on their motivations and challenges of starting a business with the members of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry .

Our representative, Mariko Magnan spoke at the seminar “Leadership and Engagement to promote deeper Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) – Global D&I Trends and Information Dissemination Capabilities for Japanese Companies to Improve”, organized by Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting G.K.

As one of the cutting-edge measures towards ‘individual activation’, the essence of D&I, Magnan introduced a corporate concierge service to support employees’ private lives. She also introduced the effects of the concierge service on internal and external recognition and engagement as a ‘D&I company’, which can be seen from the case studies of the concierge service.
