Our representative, Mariko Magnan spoke at the seminar “Leadership and Engagement to promote deeper Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) – Global D&I Trends and Information Dissemination Capabilities for Japanese Companies to Improve”, organized by Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting G.K.

As one of the cutting-edge measures towards ‘individual activation’, the essence of D&I, Magnan introduced a corporate concierge service to support employees’ private lives. She also introduced the effects of the concierge service on internal and external recognition and engagement as a ‘D&I company’, which can be seen from the case studies of the concierge service.

TPO will continue to work together with everyone to create a society where everyone in the world is respected and can fulfill their individuality and potential.

Our representative, Mariko Magnan spoke at an event for women who have positive energy and want to change the world (Alpha Women).

The event was organized by the World Innovation Lab (WiL), a networking event for new female professionals from the public, private and large corporations, start-ups and entrepreneurs, where Maniyan spoke on the theme ‘Quality of Working Life – The Choice of Starting a Business’. It was a great opportunity to talk about concrete ways to take the first step, with real experiences, to participants who are searching for their own way of working and living amidst the diversity of working styles.

From June 3 2019, YourConcierge will be on site at “The Premier Floor Marunouchi,” located on the 34th floor of Marunouchi Building. At the concierge desk, we aim to provide information that enriches employees’ personal lives. This is the first time for TPO to implement YourConcierge in a building with multiple tenants (including foreign capital companies). 

March 8 is International Women’s Day. One of TPO’s core values is Inclusion, so we decided to celebrate this special day by encouraging employees to think about women’s empowerment and gender equality. Participants asked themselves how they could create a society in which all people could make use of their originality. In the video, we made commitments to think and act in order to achieve a society where everyone is treated equally.

A series of “Innovators Talks” hosted by Professor Ken Kusunoki of Hitotsubashi University invites visionaries of various fields to engage in topical discussion. Our CEO Mariko had three interviews in the theme of balancing private and professional life. In the talk show, Mariko shared her own experiences that inspired the TPO business. She also talked about our services and the goals of the companies where they have been implemented. In the talk show, you can enjoy Mariko and Professor Kusunoki exchanging their opinions.
