CEO Manyan Speaks at the First DEI Online Seminar Hosted by GCNJ

On July 4, TPO Inc. CEO Magnan delivered a talk at the first DEI online seminar hosted by the Global Compact Network Japan (GCNJ). Her presentation, titled “Working Hours, Living Hours: Practicing Integration of Personal and Professional Life Through Time Management” explored practical approaches for achieving work-life integration starting with effective time management.

The seminar, held for companies supporting the Collective Action 2030 initiative, highlighted how the time management challenges faced by busy professionals are rooted in broader societal structures. Magnan shared insights on designing one’s life proactively and taking the first steps toward a more balanced approach. During the Q&A and group work sessions, participants actively engaged with numerous questions and comments, making for a lively and highly interactive seminar.
