TPO CEO Magnan Delivers Lecture at Yokkaichi Chamber of Commerce Women’s Division Seminar

On November 5, 2025, Magnan, CEO of TPO Inc., served as a guest speaker at a seminar hosted by the Women’s Division of the Yokkaichi Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

As many organizations face challenges such as labor shortages and increasing workloads, the lecture highlighted the importance of organizational “design capability” to maximize results with limited human resources. Magnan also discussed the concept of building “flexible and resilient organizations,” which can become a key strength particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Drawing on her experience as a corporate concierge, as well as her own professional journey, Magnan shared practical insights into how individuals, teams, and organizations can work more adaptively and sustainably in times of rapid change.
