Based on 20,000 consultations from 2,000 office workers, we have released the results of our fact-finding survey on “Work-Life Changes in the New Normal Era”.

The report is based on a survey of over 20,000 consultations from 2,084 male and female employees in their 20s to 60s who work for companies using our “Your Concierge” service.

It is said that the Covid-19 Disaster will change not only the way we work, but also our values about working. Specifically, there will be a shift from the idea of “work-life balance” to “work-life integration,” which integrates work and life. In this conference, we will discuss the importance of ES improvement and measures that HR can take in the future, based on what employees are demanding from these changes in the environment and views of work.
