CEO Magnan speaks at webinar with Makiko Shinoda and others at Mitsubishi Marketing Study Group’s “Study Group on the Future of Work Styles”On Thursday, August 19, CEO Magnan participated in a webinar with Makiko Shinoda of Yell Company, Ltd. and others at the “Study Group on the Future of Work Styles” hosted by the Mitsubishi Marketing Research Institute.
Magnan also spoke on the topic of “Employee Psychological Safety Essential in the Era of DX/SX” and participated in the panel discussion.
This study session was held as part of the “Future of Work” project and study group to consider what will be required of organizations and people in the future (systems, operational methods, mindset skills, etc.), which was launched based on the “Survey on Future Work and Work Styles” by the Mitsubishi Marketing Study Group.

The Mitsubishi Marketing Study Group was established in February 1963, based on the idea that “each Mitsubishi company conducts its own marketing research, but if the Mitsubishi Group worked together, it would be more effective and promote marketing activities more than ever before. <Dream 1: “I want to ride on an elephant”>
A dream submitted by a woman living in a wheelchair, a reporter from J-Annals visited “Ichihara Elephant Country” and interacted with Randy, an Asian elephant, and reported live on the experience. In addition, a VR camera will be rigged to the head of an elephant herder to bring the survivor a 360-degree view of the world. (Photography cooperation: Cyan Corporation)
<Dream 2 of the first group: “I want to feel the lively nature with my friends” >
“Cancer Support Cafe Stop Tree,” an online stopover where cancer survivors gather. The dream of a mountain lover who enjoys socializing with her friends here is to go on a forest bathing tour with her friends. A reporter from J-Anners, who is also involved in forest management research at a national university, plans to live-stream an “adult excursion” while walking through Todoroki Gorge in summer, which consists of the oldest geological formation in Tokyo. Together with survivors, they will feel the breath of the forest.
On August 22, the day of the project, viewers will be able to experience the realization of the two dreams together with other participants. We will also relay the round-table discussion with the project management members and survivors, and connect it to a time to think about your own dreams and to a time to discuss your dreams with other cancer survivors around you.

LAVENDER RING, Japan Announcers Association, and TPO Corporation launched “DREAM RING,” a three-company collaborative project.
LAVENDER RING is a volunteer organization that has been conducting various activities for cancer survivors/supporters with the goal of “realizing a society where people can live with a smile even if they have cancer”. The project is a collaboration of three companies: LAVENDER RING, a volunteer organization that has conducted various activities for cancer survivors/supporters, and the Japan Announcers Association, which operates “J-Announcers,” one of the largest social contribution organizations for announcers in Japan. Cancer Survivor’s “I want to try it! and “I want to go there! and the Japan Announcers Association, which operates the “J-Announcers” website, will launch the “DREAM RING” project to help cancer survivors realize their dreams.
The “DREAM RING” project will be held on August 21 and 22, 2012, as part of Japan’s largest cancer forum for cancer patients and their families. The “DREAM RING” project will be held online for the first time this year at the Japan Cancer Forum 2021, one of the largest cancer forums in Japan for cancer patients and their families, to be held on August 21 and 22. This project is the first of its kind to be held online this year within the “Japan Cancer Forum 2021,” a Japanese cancer forum for cancer survivors and their families. The supporters research and plan what they want to do, where they want to go, and what they want to know, and then visit and implement these activities on their behalf.

TPO’s Concierge Service “Your Concierge” to be Introduced at Private Club “OCA TOKYO” on Thursday, July 1!The private club “OCA TOKYO” (Location: Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) will begin offering Japan’s first concierge service “Your Concierge” for club members on Thursday, July 1, 2021.
OCA TOKYO is a new style of an open private club where a diverse range of people gather, where on and off-duty activities borderless intersect, and where creative encounters are staged. This initiative will also contribute to the realization of a town of “1 million diverse workers x optimal time and interaction,” which is the theme of Marunouchi’s urban development in the post-Corona era. This is the first time for a private club to introduce the “Your Concierge” service.
